Hey Mark,
Though the thanks are belated, it doesn't diminish our praise for the way you do things. This last move was our sixth with your company- if that doesn't say something about the quality of your services, I don't know what would. Your crews are all amazing- strong in body and gentle in spirit. I could swear these guys have received some sort of counseling training when dealing with your clientele. There's never been anything close to a "we can't do that" remark ever from anyone, and these moves have never been easy.
